Being Vegan or Vegetarian is definitely more of a lifestyle choice and philosophy rather than a diet. A Vegan does not eat anything that is of animal origin, while a vegetarian may still consume dairy products or eggs.WhatYouNeed

Ingredients:

6 Green Peppers, with tops cut off

and membrane removed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (if

Vegan, add Vegan cheese)

1 (16 oz.) can black beans, drained

and rinsed

1 (8 oz.) can yellow corn, drained

1 small onion, chopped

2 cups cooked white rice

1½ cup spaghetti sauce

½ cup water

1 Tbsp. paprika

Salt and pepper to tasteIngredients

1. In a mixing bowl combine the pasta sauce, beans, corn, onion, rice,

spices and cheese.Stir

2. Mix well to combine ingredients.Add

3. Shove as much of this concoction as you can into each of your

cored peppers.Water

4. Pour water in the crockpotCrockpot

5. Carefully nestle the peppers into the potOptional

7. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours and enjoy
