Q: How did you lose weight?

A: I ate properly, exercised, and stayed away from the junk food.

Q: How does it make you feel?

A: It makes me feel great, I can sleep better now because my breathing is much better, and I move around much quicker. I’m very happy with the results!

Q: What made you lose weight?

A: I had a lot of health issues and the main cause was my weight. I had to lose it for myself and my well-being! I had encouragement and drive from my support staff, house manager, my mother and grandmother.

Q: Is it hard losing weight?

A: Yes, but if you believe in yourself, you can do it.

Q: How did you lose weight?

A: Exercising, eating healthy, using portion control, I went for walks; and I loved dancing on the Wii fit.

Q: How does it make you feel now that you’ve lost the weight?

A: It makes me feel good and important. I’m very happy with myself inside and out. I have lots of energy now and the weight loss has given me the opportunity to become more involved with daily life, I also can breath better.

Q: What made you lose the weight?

A: I couldn’t breathe, didn’t want to walk, and I wasn’t very active. My house manager inspired me to lose the weight.

Q: Is it hard losing weight?

A: Sort of because you can’t eat the things you really want and normally the foods you want are the unhealthy foods. It took dedication to go on this diet. Once I started losing the weight, I enjoyed the results and the way I felt!

Q: How did you lose weight?

A: Chris lost weight by watching his portion control and monitoring his food intake. Because his support staff was so dedicated to helping and supporting him, they encouraged him to eat more fruits and vegetables, and less of the junk foods that he used to enjoy in excess.

Q: How does it make you feel?

A: He appears happier and is now able to participate in more physically challenging activities at such as jumping jacks and running.

Q: What made you lose weight?

A: Chris’s health issues played a major role in him losing the weight. Once he started losing, Chris seemed more active and happy.

Q: Is it hard losing weight?

A: It was very hard for Chris to adapt to the dietary plan because he was use to eating what ever he wanted and often eating during and throughout the night.

A: I ate a lot of salad, veggies and lowfat foods. My staff was supportive and encouraged me to start walking and exercising. I also stayed away from sodas and started drinking lots of water.

Q: How does it make you feel?

A: I feel great now that all the extra weight is gone! Now I’m able to feel comfortable.

Q: What made you lose weight?

A: I wanted to take longer walks without being tired, and I couldn’t do that before.

Q: Is it hard losing weight?

A: Yes, because you can’t have a lot of sweets and large sodas anymore. You have to eat healthier foods so you are able to lose the weight.
