protien powerAre you an avid sports player or are you always at the gym working out? Well, if all of the activity has left you feeling drained and sore, you could probably use a protein shake. Protein shakes help you replenish your energy when you do a lot of exercising while it repairs damaged tissue. Protein is one of the body‘s main building blocks for muscle and bone. Protein shakes provide a variety of other nutrients and restore muscle glycogens, a fuel pp-2source which your body uses up during any physical activity. They also supply the body with amino acids which help repair damaged muscle tissue due to strenuous exercise and may even help prevent PP-3njuries and reduce the risk of heart disease.Some people use protein shakes as a way to lose weight. They use them to replace certain meals, which can help to reduce your daily calories. However, if you do this, you miss out on the nutritional benefits of whole foods, which is why replacing your meals is not recommended.
