Issue #12 – recipe: BBQ Corn on the Cob

No barbeque is complete without corn on the cob. Circles found this simple recipe for mouth-watering corn to compliment your chicken, ribs, or steak.

Ingredients and Equipment: 4-6 corn on the cob, husks intact 1/4 cup butter; softened 2-3 tablespoons seasonings of your choice Tub of water Measuring spoons Measuring cup Spoon Basting brush

Always wash your hands before  handling any food Sink

Step 1:Place corn in a tub and fill with water. Soak for at least 15 to 20 minutes.Corn On The Cob Step 1

Step 2:Put softened butter in a bowl.Salting Butter Step 2

Step 3:Add seasonings to the butter and mix well.Step 3

 

Step 4: Remove corn from water and pull down husks carefully –Do Not Remove Husks Completely!Step 4

Step 5:Coat corn with herbal butter using a basting brush.Step 5

Step 6:Put the husks back up, tie with a thin piece of husk at the top, and place on the grill for about 15 minutes (turning occasionally).Step 6

Step 7:Remove for a few minutes, let cool,and indulge!Step 7
