Issue #10 – No Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Magazine found a simple and guilt
free desert so you can indulge without
increasing your pant size.

Ingredients and Equipment:
Mixing bowl
Mixing spoon
Mixer
Measuring spoons
Measuring cups
I cup of water
I ounce Knox unflavored gelatin
(1 envelope)
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Splenda granular sugar
substitute
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar-free pudding mix
(any flavor)

Always wash your hands
before handling any food

Step 1 smallStep 1:
In glass cup, sprinkle
gelatin over cold water,
let stand for 2 minutes

 

 

 

Step 2Step 2:
Microwave on high until
hot, stir thoroughly, then
let stand until completely
dissolved.

 

 

Step 3Step 3:
Add cream cheese and
stir until softened.

 

 

 

Step 4 bStep 4:

Add Splenda,
vanilla, salt, and
pudding mix.

 

 

Step 5Step 5:
Blend well with mixer.

 

 

 

 

Step 6 bStep 6:
Pour into 12 paper lined
muffin tins. Chill about
2 hours or until firm.
