Gingerbread is a holiday tradition for a lot of people. Some make gingerbread houses while others make gingerbread men. Circles took that idea and added a technology twist. Maybe our gingerbread robots will start a new tradition in your family.
Ingredients and Equipment:
1 (3.5 ounce) package cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
11/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
11/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Always wash your hands before handling any food.
(b) Soften in microwave for 15 to 30 seconds.
(c) Put pudding mix in bowl with butter.
(d) Put 1 cup packed brown sugar in bowl.

(a) Put 11/2 cups flour in a seperate bowl.
(b) Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
(c) Add 11/2 teaspoons ground ginger.
(d) Add 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Stir flour mixture into pudding mixture, mix well, cover, and chill until firm.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheet.
(a) on a floured board, roll dough out to about 1/8 inch thickness.
(b) cut into desired shapes using cookie cutter.
(a) place cookies 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
(b) bake for 10 to 12 minutes (until cookies are golden at the edges).
Place cookies on wire rack to cool.
Decorate and enjoy!
Tip: You can make your own icing powdered sugar and a little bit of water.
