Makes 2 individual servings

  • 1/2 sheet puff pastry, thawed and cut into 2 pieces
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • Spray butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese(Swiss or Cheddar)


  • 2 ramekins
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
