Kitchen Must-Haves:

Toaster Oven

Toaster ovens are small electric ovens that have toast as well as bake functions. They have a front door that in most cases must be opened manually, a wire rack for toasting, and a removable baking tray. Most toaster ovens are larger than regular toasters but, although on a smaller scale, they can perform most of the functions of a full size oven. Most toaster ovens have built in timers but you should keep an eye on your food as it cooks. Since they are smaller they may cook food faster than conventional ovens. Keep toaster away from water while plugged in and remove each part to clean as needed. Clean the inside with a damp sponge or cloth. Never put the oven in water to clean. You should also avoid using an extension cord to plug in your toaster. Use appropriate protection when removing your food from the oven.
