Issue #3 – recipe: Yummy Yogurt Pie

 

Ingredients and Equipment

9” baked pie shell or graham cracker crust shell

12 oz. carton vanilla yogurt

1 cup whipped non – dairy topping

½ cup fresh or frozen fruit (we used raspberries)

Mixing bowl

Large Spoon

 

 

 

 

 

Step 1:

Always wash your hands before handling any food

Step 2:

Mix together yogurt and thawed non dairy topping in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3:

Pour in frozen fruit and stir all ingredients together

Step 4:

Pour contents into pie shell.

Step 5:

Place in refrigerator to chill until firm (about 1 hour)

Step 6:

Top with fresh fruit before serving (optional)

Tip: Pie can be covered and placed in the freezer to keep longer.
