Whether you or someone you know is diabetic, trying to lose weight, or just maintaining the healthiest lifestyle possible, having sugar-free dessert options is important. With only a few ingredients and a blender, you can enjoy these 2 frozen treats for dessert or even as a light meal substitute.

Vanilla Ice
Ingredients you will need:
2 cups ice
1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
1 tablespoon non-calorie
sweetener (like Truvia)
2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
Fresh Mint (optional, for garnish)
Blender
Serving cup or glass

Instructions
Always wash your hands before handling any food.

Step 1:
Combine milk and ice in the blender. You want it to be the consistency of a milkshake

Step 2: Add vanilla and sweetener and blend on high for 1 minute until smooth.

Jell-o Yogurt Blend

Ingredients you will need:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup boiling water
3 oz. package sugar-free jell-o
(any flavor you want)
Fresh Mint (optional, for garnish)
Blender
Serving cup or glass

Instructions
Always wash your hands before handling any food.

Step 1: Combine 5 yogurt, boiling water, and Jell-o in blender until smooth

Step 2: Pour into serving glasses

Step 3: Refrigerate until firm.

*Optional: add a sprig of fresh mint to garnish
